WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
- We are all in this together. We are in this game to better ourselves and work on our game to reach the highest levels. I have goals, you have goals and this program is designed with hockey players in mind.
What does a player need at the end of the season? What is current for them right now? Is every player the same?
This program will keep you fresh and ready to hit the ice.
When the gyms re-open this program will open up and become a full useable off-season program with phases to get you ready for 2020/21 season.

About the Training
Session Duration: 60-75 minutes: 6 Work Days | 4 shooting or stick handling day | 1 conditioning day & 1 light movement active recovery
Training Goal: Strength, Power, Speed, Endurance, Balance, Co-ordination, Accuracy Conditioning, Flexibility & Stamina
